This was a crazy scene unfolding as I arrived.
The Postal Worker here (who is my favorite / very nice) is being verbally abused by the guy on the left.
I felt bad for her and told her that her day was going to get MUCH better.
About 30 seconds after this picture was taken the Kits where in the capable hands of the Capital Hill Offices of the USPS.
btw - the guy on the right was sending a "real letter" to his girlfriend in Europe. He described it as a "love letter". How very old-school of him!
